Trip to Target

Ahhh a trip to Target. I've been getting more and more energy after lying in bed for so long. Andrew was thrilled that the lady gave him his own bag!

We headed to the park for a little bit today!

New Rain Boots!

Finally...off of bed rest. Andrew loves his new rain boots, although they are a little big. He had to jump in the puddles right away...good thing there were a few out there! I took these with my phone so they are a little blurry!

Moving to the Big Boy Room....Soon!

As soon as I am off of bed rest and the guest room is free....Andrew is moving to the big boy bed. We started cleaning out the 'baby' room and moving some stuff into the 'green' room.

He does have a diaper on but he would love to be without clothes all day!

He kept telling me 'go away camera!' I don't know if he knows what we are doing!

Bed rest Entertainment

I have taken a lot of silly photos and videos with my cell phone during bed rest. A little entertainment for me in the evening!

There are so many things to look at from the Easter bunny. This year, opening easter eggs seems to be the favorite!

Easter Basket

The Easter bunny filled Andrew's Easter basket. He was very excited but he couldn't put down the basket full of the eggs he found! Brian had to shop for a few goodies for his basket. Grandma also brought some presents from the bunny. There were so many new things to look at! The biggest hit was the bubble gun...a last minute pick by daddy. And of course he wanted Wrigley to play with him! I am almost 35 weeks so I felt comfortable coming down for the egg hunt and easter basket fun!

FInding Easter Eggs

The Easter bunny left a lot of eggs in our living room this morning! Andrew loved finding all of the eggs. At first he opened each one to see what kind of treat was inside. At that rate, we would have been here all day. He had so much fun!

Dying Easter Eggs

I was only able to partake in some of the Easter activities so Andrew dyed Easter eggs with Auntie E. and Grandma. He had a great time...I could hear the giggles from my bedroom.

Spring is coming!

Even though there is snow on the ground...it was a beautiful day! Of course I just watched from the windows but Andrew had a great time this weekend with Auntie E. and grandma! He drew with sidewalk chalk and hung up some Easter eggs in the bushes. Then he decided to get the lawn mower and wagon out!

Bath Time

Since I can only stay upstairs while on bed rest, I can at least hang out in the bathroom a little bit. Andrew has had so much fun with this spray bottle. It's the new bath time favorite. But you have to watch out or you might get sprayed!

Bed rest

I went for my bi-weekly ultrasound today and found out that I have made some changes...to the point that I was prepared for-bed rest. Just to be cautious, I was sent to triage for monitoring, where they found out that I was having regular contractions every 4 minutes. So I was admitted to labor and delivery, where I was given magnesium sulfate to stop labor. I stayed for 4 days and then was able to go home to strict bed rest. So....there probably won't be too many pictures to post for a while. We'll try.

Making Valentine's

We started getting ready for Valentine's day this weekend. I cut a ton of hearts out for Andrew to decorate for his friends at school. He put stickers on some of the hearts, but he really loved using the glue stick! He has obviously practiced with the glue stick at school because he knew just what to do with it! This was our first big art project on his new table that he got from grandma and grandpa for his birthday!
