Perfect day for the zoo!

We had a great time with our friends at the zoo! We even enjoyed a picnic lunch! Andrew sat for quite a while and even ate a lot of his lunch! Thanks for sharing!

Sand and Water

We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard on such a hot sunny day!  Andrew and I went to the local lumber store to pick up two pools...one for sand and one for water!  Brian and I set it all up and we didn't think Andrew was interested...but once he got in, he didn't want to get out!

Ice Cream Cone YUMMY

Tonight we walked to the new ice cream shop right by our house....The Local Scoop!  It's dangerous to have it so close to us!  Andrew enjoyed holding and licking his very own cone!

Waiting for the garbage truck....

We were up bright and early....and outside to wait for the garbage truck!  They honked the horn and gave Andrew a big wave.  When they came back to get the garbage on the other side of the street they gave him another honk!  He loved it!  He likes to point to big trucks and say "wow!"

It's finally nice enough to eat dinner outside!  And it's a lot of fun too!

First Haircut

Well...it was time to trim around the ears and tame the mullet.  Andrew had his first haircut and Toni trimmed it up just a bit.  He doesn't have much hair on the top so she left that.  He wasn't sure about the cape at first but then he put it on.  He even sat on the big boy seat on the chair!  Of course the lollipop at the end helped so she could finish the job!  

Summer has begun....

Well summer break has begun and we like stay in our pajamas for a while....and play under the table in the kitchen.
